We reached the circuit around 07:45; entry that year began at 09:00. We left around 16:40 and reached the station about fifteen minutes later. Our takeaway: set aside the whole day and avoid tight connections.
Saturday: rain changes the day
We were walking from the station around 07:30 and reached the Fanzone at 08:33. We left around 17:00 in the rain. Compact waterproof clothing and phone protection were more useful than bulky gear.
Sunday: an exceptional schedule
We woke at 04:10, left at 04:55, reached Autódromo station at 05:35 and the circuit at 05:45. We were in the grandstand around 07:20. After the race, we left the venue around 16:45 and returned to our accommodation at 18:15.
